A 1 Movers

A-1 Movers offers a moving service with the movers. Our local rates are $75.00 per hr. for 2 men. You will receive the 2 men with a 24 ft. truck, also any equipment needed in assisting them on your move. (padding, dollies and such) We do have a travel charge of $47.50 for all local moves. We do offer 3 movers if need at a hourly rate of $95.00 . Long distance moves go by the same hourly rates and include a mileage charge of $0.85 per mile, and that is round trip. Some long distance moves may have some other charges depending on the size and distance of the move.

  A-1 does offer a packing service for $105.00 an hr.  for 2 men plus the cost of boxes and supplies.

A-1 carries most of the supplies to help get you moved but some instances like bad weather it is the customers responsibility to protect their own carpet or flooring with plastic or whatever maybe needed. It is also the customers responsibility to have clear pathways, sidewalks and driveways. This is to ensure the safety of our movers and your belongings.

  Payment:  forms of payment include cash or money order, no personal checks but we do accept business checks.
