They even moved the items that werent in boxes, nice guysOur Business A-1 Movers was established in 2001 and has been going strong ever since. We have moved hundreds of families and many many business throughout the years, top name companies such as Hubbell Reality, Holmes Murphy, Iowa Orthopedics and Eye Mart just to name a few. We've moved doctors, lawyers, and regular people like me or you.

Who We Are: We are a local owner operated service. We decided to open A-1 Movers back in 2001 after seeing how the other companies operated without dedication and respect for their customers and their belongings. We were hoping to make a change in how people move other peoples property with out charging an arm and a leg.
We have had the same employees since day one. Our most popular employee would be Ricky. He is our head mover and the one who does all of our estimates. Ricky has about 16 years of experience in the moving business. All of our employees have been trained well and by the best. They are qualified to move almost anything that doesn't require a fork lift or heavy machinery.
